Danceometre

After I had completed my music database using Microsoft Excel, I then had to create a danceometre spreadsheet which asks students questions and allows them to enter feedback about themselves. The aim of this was to encourage more students to attend the event of the Dance o' Clock.

To effectively complete this I had to undertake some market research and evaluated the spreadsheet based quiz's already available. Before I actually made my spreadsheet, I drafted some ideas for questions that I could use in my quiz.

Quiz Questions Draft

When making my quiz, I used a series of tools and pictures to make my spreadsheet more effective and appealing to my target audience. Some of these tools are IF statements, password protection, cells merging, conditional formatting, and different formats and formulas to make my spreadsheet better. I also created a page for the formula view, a page containing my results and a page showing my test buddy's results.

After that, I got my test buddy to evaluate it and then I improved my quiz to make it better using his constructive feedback.

Quiz Feedback

After I had improved my quiz using feedback by, I did a final annotation of my Quiz.
