I designed then produced an onscreen publication to attract and encourage students, parents and potential sponsors. I had to format it to be suited to the user and insert suitable images. I used colours which I think are bold and eye-catching to attract viewers to the publication. The publication must include suitable information about the chosen charity. It must also advertise the event, persuade students to take part, encourage people to sponsor the participants and run automatically with good timings.

I added information such as where it will be held and which charities will be supported. I added pictures of the charities and suitable information about what their goals and aims are. I made a page to attract the students to he event. It involved information about how fun the event will be and a 'fun' title, 'get your dancing shoes on'. Pages for the adults included the charities information and sponsoring information. I added clip art to the page aimed at students to make it look more attractive. I also added a picture of a dancer to the first page.
