Each student will be sent a personalized play list and sponsor form. each play list was produced by searching the database and searching for tracks that match the dance o' meter results. My play list must be:

• use the same layout
• use sensible headings
• include the name of the dancer and their chosen charity
• indicate the time slots when the list might be played
• include at least one relevant image
• include only relevant fields
• have a total play time of no more than 15 minutes
• work as printed publications.

I made 2 'v' look up's in a new worksheet for me and my test buddy. Using the database I searched for songs which match the results from the dance o'meter results. I then created a playlist report. I edited the report to match my colour scheme and so it looked more effective. After gettin feedback on my playlists from my test buddy I changed the reports to look better. I added information such as, name, charity chosen and time slots and changed the page setup to landscape.

I had to design and make a personalized sponsor form that will attract the interest of the students. My sponsor form must be:

• be one side of A4
• include information about the dancer and their chosen charity
• indicate the time slots when this dancer will be taking part
• tell the sponsor about the event and how their money will help
• help the dancer to organize their sponsorship
• tell the dancer what to do once they have collected their money.

I researched sponsor forms by looking at 4 different ones and evaliuating their strengths and weaknesses. I made my sponsor form using microsoft publisher. I picked which border/background I wanted to use and changed the colour according to my logo. I then added all the information about the dancer and the event and inserted a table. After adding titles to the table I edited a picture from clipart made it a certain percentage transparent and then put it in the background of the table. After evaluating my sponsor form I changed it by adding and example changing the colour of key words and changing the border of my table.
