Experts think I should be eating at least three portions of fruit a day. It's not good enough to work your way through a sack of apples. Fruit can be divided into different colour groups:
  • Red
  • Green
  • Orange/Yellow
  • Blue/Purple/Brown

If you eat some from each group, you are bound to be eating a range of fruits.

 

I checked out whether i was eating enough fruit and how i compare with other students and find out what else I should be eating.My aim was to produce fruity recipes and other publications to persuade students and children to eat more fruit.
